The number of SUVs and EVs is expected to grow dramatically in the next 10 years. Some estimates are SUVs, and EVs will comprise 50% of the vehicles on the road by 2030 (this includes SUVs that are EVs and vice versa). But SUVs and EVs weigh 10%-15% more than the average vehicle.
